Rural Development in the 70's

Mr. Leonards Ngosa a blind farmer in the Luapula Province was recently handed over a small farm. The handing over ceremony was performed by Mr. A.H. Shapa Under Minister for the Luapula Province. Mr. Shapi is seen have about to plant a fruit tree to mark the handing over ceremony as Mrs. Ngosa standby.
