During his four day visit to the Republic of Zambia, the Prime Minister of the Congo, Brigadier General L. Mulamba visited Zambia Youth Service Camp at Kafue. Accompanied by the Zambia Vice-President Mr. Ruben Kamanga, the Congolose Minister of Works, Mr. Apindja and the Zambian Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs and the Public Services Mr. Aaron Milner, the General inspected all aspects of the camp's life and watched technical and para-military training.
